    The purpose of the AAPA Young Scholars Forum (AYSF) is to strengthen academic and social exchange mechanisms for young scholars (ranging from graduate students to assistant professors) in the field of public administration and public policy in the Asian region. AYSF will organize timely panels or workshops for young scholars at the AAPA Annual Conference, whose Coordinator is Dr. Rosa Minhyo Cho. Dr. Cho is an Associate Professor of Graduate School of Governance at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in Seoul, South Korea and she can be reached at chomh@skku.edu

    Dr. Rosa Minhyo Cho moderated the AYSF of Session 1 and Session 2.
