The Asian Review of Public Administration (ARPA)

The Asian Review of Public Administration (ARPA) is the biannual journal published by the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) and Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA). It is an internationally-refereed journal in the field of public administration and governance in Asia and the Pacific region and beyond.
The first issue of the Asian Review of Public Administration came out in June 1989, succeeding the EROPA Review (1960-1975), initially published in Vietnam, and the EROPA Journal (1983-1984), initially published in Pakistan, as the organization’s flagship publication. Since then, it has become one of the quality journals being produced in the region.
Similar to its predecessors, the journal is by no means limited to scholars, academicians, practitioners, students, and researchers interested in the field of public administration and governance in Asia and the Pacific region. It is intended to promote and advance public administration all over the world. This international scope highlights the concept of region as “shared purposes and common aims” in every nation.
