    Dr. Alex Brillantes Jr., AAPA President, at the UN Public Service Forum

    AAPA President, Dr. Alex Brillantes Jr., represented the organization in the United Nations Public Service Forum last 24 June 2019 at Baku, Azerbaijan. Together with Orly Mercado of EROPA, Pham Hoa of NAPA Vietnam, and Mayor Benhur Abalos and Brother Jimmy Isidro of Mandaluyong City Government, Philippines.

    Dr. Brillantes represented the AAPA in the workshops on Role of PA Institutions in building public sector capacities for SDGs and Best Practices for Public Service Delivery at the Local Level.
