Dr. Alexander Lopez Ramirez, the Director of the Central American Institute for Public Administration (ICAP), and Jorge E. Valerio Hernadez, Minister Counseller & Consul General of the Republic of Costa Rica, visited and had a meeting with Dr. Rosa Minhyo Cho, the Director of AAPA Secretariat, regarding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Sungkyunkwan University, Korea on November 1 2019.
