The President of the Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA), Professor Pan Suk Kim, and the President of the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee), Professor Marius Profiroiu, signed the MOU in Chicago on March 7th, 2015.

The Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee: www.nispa.org) was established in 1994 as an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on the public administration challenges facing Central and Eastern European countries. http://www.nispa.org/page.php?sid=1318 

Incumbent NISPAcee President is Professor Marius Profiroiu who is working at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania. Based on the MOU they signed, both organizations will promote more collaborative activities in the near future.
