Ms. Maricel Fernandez-Carag, former secretary of the Local Organizing Committee for the 2014 AAPA Conference in Cebu, Philippines, is now working at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Doha, Qatar. She is currently engaging in a research project on "Momentum of Education beyond 2015, with the aim of looking into the challenges and future prospects on education after the MDG 2015.
